Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans for a diverse pediatric population presenting with a variety of diagnoses.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique functional needs of each child.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to provide education, home programs, and strategies that support carryover across environments.
• Maintain accurate, objective, and timely documentation in compliance with state and professional regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, case consultations, and collaborative clinic initiatives.

Position Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrated experience or strong clinical interest in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with both pediatric clients and their families.
• A collaborative mindset and a dedication to continuous professional improvement.
